The Beast and the Saints and our Resurrection

The rise to power of the beast
is not something to be looking forward to,
but it is clearly going to happen.
What should be our mind set,
should we find ourselves living during this time?

We read in Revelation chapter 13 verses 7 - 10,

It was granted to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them
And authority was given him over every tribe, tongue, and nation.
All who dwell on the earth will worship him,
whose names have not been written in the Book of Life
of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
If anyone has an ear, let him hear.
10 He who leads into captivity shall go into captivity;
he who kills with the sword must be killed with the sword.
Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.

This is going to be a difficult time to be living,
but as a believer,
we should be looking to the revealing of Jesus Christ,
as His return to rule and reign
is clearly spelled out for us in the Bible.
Some of us may be killed,
but that only means you'll be with the Lord sooner
than those who are not.
We are all to be looking forward
to the Resurrection and transformation
to our spirit bodies
upon the return of Jesus Christ.

For more on that,
please read all of  I Corinthians chapter 15.

Key verses are:
15:42,

So also is the resurrection of the dead.
It is sown a perishable body
it is raised an imperishable body

and chapter 15 verses 50 - 53

Now I say this, brethren, that flesh and blood
cannot inherit the kingdom of God;
nor does the perishable
inherit the imperishable.
51 Behold, I tell you a mystery;
we will not all sleep,
but we will all be changed,
52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye,
at the last trumpet;
for the trumpet will sound,
and the dead will be raised imperishable,
and we will be changed.
53 For this perishable must put on the imperishable,
and this mortal must put on immortality.

AMEN!

"Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.
And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works,
not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some,
but exhorting one another,
and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.
Hebrews 10:23-25
